We're not really at the stage of creating too many vehicles yet, nor at the stage of doing any really intense city fighting, but this thought occurred, and if I don't post it I'll forget:
Large(ish) land vehicles used by the green storm to attack the lower levels of cities and get inside the engine rooms. Like a dumper-truck (for those of you who've played Farcry, picture the lorry thing in that) with a MASSIVE ramp on the back, up which infantry can climb (but of course they can also come *down*). Not a wide ramp; a modern equivalent of a siege tower. Just high enough to reach the lowest levels, as a means of boarding cities other than by air.
These trucks should also be able to carry 6-8 men in the back. They'd be open-topped (the ramp over the top would provide some cover from the tractionists shooting down at them) and then men would have to climb out and walk round the back before they could use the ramp. Their open topped nature would provide a good opportunity for the Tractionists to repel boarders - a few machine gunners might be able to take out all the men in the truck before it reaches the city, so that when it gets there, nobody's left to use it.
