Will you have bombers with people inside? And if there is damage will it affect the plane like steering and speed and lift. So like if an engine or 2 are hit will it slow the plane down and will it start to go towards the ground and would the engines sometimes explode and tear a wing off?

And if you do this will the people be able to survive a crash?( i ask because 1 out of 5 british bomber crewman were able to parachute out because they didnt have parachutes on them) and will there be supplies on the planes in case of a crash? and to get into the bomber will you have to climb in and go to the pilot chair?
