So who else keeps getting a load of junk through the post telling them that suchandsuch university would *love* them to come and have a look round, and offers a fantastic Computer sciences (or any other) course, so if you'd like to pop along to the open day you'd be very welcome? (That was a long sentance). This is just poxy.

Exactly! Why would they think that by the june before we apply we'd still have no idea which open days we wanted to go to? Simple fools.

Soon as you apply for a UCAS card, you'll be inundated with the rubbish. Seriously, if I was interested in a university whos entry requirements were "anywhere between AAB-BBC" then I'd taken Art.

Heheh, I ticked the box on the UCAS thing on "Do not send me any 3rd party materials", and yet they still send it.

So, I report it as spam.

Nay! Don't ignore it! Chortle at the fact that they've wasted their money on you! Also, the ones that send free-return-post ones (for open day bookings etc), you should just put them in the post without the form filled out.

In order to be entered into competitions when they send me emails I answer the questionnaires: by creating pretty patterns with the tick boxes...* ;D
