Not as far as I know.
Although PCPP had a play of it so it must be approaching readiness. I'm not sure whether they meant in campaign or skirmish but they mentioned that 'Orks and Elder won't be playable [when it ships?]. We wanted to get the single player campaign just right.'
Apparently there's not much in terms of multiplayer either but we can expect online updates 3 months after release.
