We have however become aware of a problem where some users are getting an error when trying to login saying they have entered the in-correct login details - even when entered correctly.
We are investigating and trying to fix the problem as soon as possible but anyone who is having this problem please contact us so we can let you know when the problem is fixed as well as finding out the extent of the problem.
The source of the login problem has found to be a faulty upgrade script run during a previous software patch and the problem should now be resolved for affected users. Some new users may have to reset their password before being able to login if their account for the first time.
We will be contacting the users we think were affected by e-mail in the next few days to explain what they need to do.
