Thread: Thompson - want it ?

i was wondering i got a model spare over a thompson that has a normal map and a ao

meaning it has been baked down from a high to a low poly

the thompson is 2496 polys and its pretty much detailed

That is a beautiful Thompson model mackan but we've got our own rigged and textured so unless by chance yours is a different varient than ours I don't think we will need it. One of the researchers will know if they are different varients or not.

It is very kind of you to offer whether or not we need it.

np i don't know what model it is found the inmage on the net and started modeling probley the same as the army used during the war atleast i think so

from what i can see that would the same version as the one we have - althou seems to have some inaccuracies

oh and just to mention it: there wasn't just one version of the thompson used during the war

Its not the same version that we have, ours is an M1A1. I'm not sure on the accuracy of this one as it looks like its an M1A1 merged with an M1928, sorta looks like an M1928A1. It reminds me of the version BF:Korea mod has...

Though multiple Thompsons for a first release wouldn't really be necessary .

in which case it's just a matter of a opinion whether it's closer to m1a1 or m1928 - it does have the m1a1 barrel, and rear sight

Yeah, he merged the M1928 with the M1A1. Barrel is that of the M1A1, but the receiver is the M1928, and the rear sight is again that of the M1A1.

@mackan: We work to a unusual level of accuracy and so I'm afraid your model isn't suitable for the mod. We appreciate the offer none the less as it was very generous

see? it was more of a m1a1 than a m1928 - i was right ^_^
